About Me
Hi, I’m Brandon Blear — founder of BB Tech Services.
Technology has never just been a job for me—it’s something I’ve built my life around. I’m a self-taught IT professional with more than 20 years of hands-on experience designing, supporting, securing, and leading technology environments across East Texas.
But before anything else, I’m a family man and a man of faith.
I’m a proud and loving husband to my wife, Brittany, and a father to two beautiful daughters and my nephew, who has become one of my own. Family means everything to me, and my faith in God is at the center of how I try to live my life—leading with integrity, serving others, and doing my best to treat people with kindness and respect.
Outside of technology, one of my greatest passions is coaching girls softball. I love helping young athletes grow—not just in the game, but in life. Teaching confidence, teamwork, accountability, perseverance, and mentoring girls to become strong young women has become one of the most rewarding parts of my life.
My faith is something I’m proud of and something that guides me every day. My family and I attend Longview Missionary Baptist Church where I serve by teaching Crew 56 and supporting our church through audio and video ministry. I believe God calls us to serve others, invest in people, and use the gifts we’ve been given to make a difference—and I try to carry that mindset into my family, my community, and my business.
Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to lead IT operations at an executive level while staying close to what I enjoy most—solving problems, building relationships, and creating technology that actually works for people.
My background includes healthcare IT, enterprise infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity, cloud technologies, VoIP systems, and business operations. I’ve led complex environments across multiple locations, supported clinical teams, protected critical systems, and helped organizations improve reliability while reducing cost and complexity.
But BB Tech Services wasn’t built because I wanted to start just another IT company.
When I first set out on this mission, I still remember my very first client. She was frustrated because the technology she had invested in simply wasn’t working. She had paid good money expecting solutions and support, only to end up disappointed and feeling like nobody truly cared once the job was done.
That moment stuck with me.
I realized there are a lot of businesses that don’t need someone pushing the most expensive solution—they need someone who listens, communicates honestly, charges fairly, and stands behind the work.
That became the foundation of BB Tech Services.
My goal has always been to provide enterprise-level knowledge with first-class customer service while staying affordable, reasonable, and delivering solutions that make sense for each client’s business. I give my absolute best to make sure every customer feels taken care of and walks away thinking:
